Booking transportation and prices

How much does group transportation cost in Israel?

The price is determined by the route and distance, number of passengers, vehicle type (minibus or bus), travel time, and whether it's a one-way trip, round trip, or a dedicated vehicle for the whole day. Send us the details on WhatsApp and get an accurate, transparent quote in advance — no surprises and no hidden fees.

How do I book transportation?

The fastest way is a WhatsApp message with four details: where from, where to, how many passengers, and when (date and time). We'll get back to you with a quote and vehicle availability, and after confirmation you'll receive the driver and vehicle details.

How far in advance should I book transportation?

It's recommended to book a few days in advance to reserve the suitable vehicle, especially during busy seasons, holidays and Fridays. However, we also have availability for urgent same-day bookings — it's always worth checking.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Yes. We are a licensed business and issue a tax invoice for every ride, including work with companies, institutions and organizations under payment arrangements.

What is the cancellation policy?

Early cancellation is usually free of charge. Cancellation close to the travel date may incur a cancellation fee depending on the type of order and the vehicle assigned. We will provide you with the exact terms along with the quote.

Vehicles, passengers and luggage

How many people can be transported in a single trip?

We have minibuses of various sizes and a bus — from a group of 14 passengers to groups of dozens of people. For especially large groups, we combine several vehicles on the same route so everyone arrives together.

Is there room for luggage?

Yes. The vehicles include a luggage compartment, and for airport trips we adjust the vehicle size in advance to the amount of luggage so it won't be crowded.

Are the vehicles air-conditioned?

All vehicles are air-conditioned, maintained on an ongoing basis, and undergo servicing and safety inspections as required.

Can I see the vehicle before booking?

Yes. We'll be happy to send you photos and a video of the vehicle suitable for your group on WhatsApp before you confirm the booking.

Can we stop along the way?

Absolutely. You can set multiple pickup points and stops along the way — we'll include them in the route planning and the quote.

Service areas and routes

In which areas do you provide transportation?

We operate throughout the country, with an emphasis on Jerusalem, Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv and Gush Dan, Ashdod and Ben Gurion Airport (Natbag), as well as Beit Shemesh, Modiin Illit and Elad.

Can I book a transfer to Ben Gurion Airport at night?

Yes, we are available 24/7 including night and early morning flights. Pickup is done from your doorstep, with the departure time adjusted to the flight time and traffic conditions.

Do you provide transportation for long trips in the north and south?

Yes. We carry out long routes from the north to Eilat — annual trips, team-building days, tours and organized trips, including a dedicated vehicle and driver for the whole day.

Can I get a dedicated vehicle and driver for a full day?

Yes. Dedication is the most convenient option for events and trips: the vehicle and driver stay with you throughout the day and carry out all trips as needed, at a price set in advance.

Events, institutions and regular transportation

Can I book transportation for a wedding or event?

Absolutely. We transport guests to weddings, bar mitzvahs, company events and conferences — including coordination of multiple pickup points and return at the end of the event.

Do you provide regular employee transportation?

Yes, we operate regular employee transportation lines for companies and factories, with a fixed route, a regular driver and organized reporting.

Do you work with educational institutions and communities?

Yes. We transport institutions, yeshivas, seminaries and communities — trips, organized Shabbatot, transportation to events and ongoing transportation.

Do you travel on Shabbat and holidays?

We are a tradition-observant company and are strict about the times of the start and end of Shabbat and holidays. We'll be happy to plan the trip with you according to the times.
